Every year we have a team of 200-300 volunteer youth leaders who make the RICE Youth Sydney events happen! If you're a church Pastor or Leader please consider getting your youth leaders involved in RICE! Our leaders are given every opportunity to serve in a variety of unique roles - some of which our leaders create themselves!
